Global Network of Bangladeshi Biotechnologists (GNOBB) is pleased to announce its 4th International Conference of Biotechnology on Health and Agriculture (ICBHA) as a joint conference with Innovation in Plant and Food Sciences (IPFS). The Conference is therefore named as 4th IPFS-ICBHA 2019, to be held on 11-13 November 2019. The theme of the conference is Molecular Interventions for Food, Feed, Health and Environment. The goal of this Conference is to build capacity and create awareness on the latest trends in biotechnology for improving health, agriculture and the environment in Bangladesh. A concurrent workshop on Bioinformatics Applications in Agriculture and Medicine that will provide hands-on training on CRISPR-Cas9 Genome Editing will be conducted during the Conference as well.
IPFS is a consortium of seven universities from Japan, China, Canada and Bangladesh. 22 foreign faculties from UGAS, Iwate University Japan; Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University (FAFU), China; Dalhousie University, Canada; University of Saskatchewan, Canada; Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, China and Jilin University, China are expected to attend this meeting. Under the GNOBB banner, 10 more foreign scientists will participate and deliver lectures.
GNOBB is honored to have the opportunity to hold this joint conference with IPFS and cordially invites participation of scientists, researchers, educators, students, policy makers, businesspersons, product developers, or manufacturers working in the field of agriculture, biochemistry, molecular biology, bioinformatics, biotechnology, botany, environmental sciences, food sciences, genetics and genomics, medical sciences, microbiology, zoology or any other branches of biological sciences.
