Dhaka  October 7, ’13. Jointly organized by CARES and BCSIR, a seminar on, “Impact of R&D on Nation Development,” will be held 8th October  in the IFST Auditorium, BCSIR. The renowned molecular biophysicist, Professor  Dr. Samir K. Brahmachari, DG, CSIR India and Secretary, Department of Scientific and Industrial Research will deliver the keynote speech at  about at 11:20 a.m. The Chief guest and the special Guest, besides other dignitaries  in the function will be Mr. Yeafesh Osman, State Minister, Science and Technology, GoB and Dr. Atiur Rahman, Governor, Bangladesh Bank.  Please ensure your seat in the Auditorium by contacting the Office of the Chairman of BCSIR.
