February 22, 2015. It’s with a good deal of pleasure and satisfaction that GNOBB announces that one of its dynamic members, Mr Asraful Alam  has been awarded Ph. D.  by Dalian University of Technology, China and thereafter appointed as a postdoctoral researcher in Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, Chinese Academy of Science, China.  The results of his investigation have been published in two prestigious journals with a high impact factor, namely, Journal of Hazardous Materials  and Journal of Bioresource Technology.   The names of the articles are:  Enhanced  removal of Zn2+ or Cd2+by the flocculation of   Chlorella vulgaris JSC-7  and  Current progress and future prospect of microalgal biomass harvest using various flocculation technologies
